Since 2020, FSTS has been supporting international organizations and public and private partners in the delivery of large-scale projects with regional and national impact. Our work spans key sectors such as digital transformation, information systems, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on sustainable results and long-term ownership.

We also bring significant value to research and innovation initiatives, contributing to the design, implementation, and scaling of applied solutions. This includes our involvement in flagship research projects such as FS4A and FCI for Africa, where we help turn research outcomes into practical tools, operational frameworks, and measurable impact for communities and institutions.
